Thanks. We check expiry dates twice a day now, so this should not happen again.

Always reliable
I order this every week. Consistent quality and the delivery partner was polite.
Good value
Price was better than my local shop. One item was close to expiry, rest was perfect.
Seller is very helpful
Called the store to check before ordering. They were patient and the delivery was on time.
Second time buying
Bought this again after the first one lasted so well. Same quality both times.

We are really sorry for the mix up. We have added a second check at packing so it does not happen again.
Exactly as shown
Looks and feels exactly like the pictures. No surprises, which is rare online.
Box was damaged
The outer box was crushed. Product inside was fine but I expected better packing for this price.
